When will the money be withdrawn?
Upon your booking, we will reserve the amount. It will be withdrawn from your account, when the vendor has completed your service. You don't pay until the service has been delivered.
How do I book more services?
Just start a new search from the front page, and you can book additional services.
Do I receive an booking confirmation?
Yes, we will send you a booking confirmation. Please wait a few minutes for your e-mail to arrive. Check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you unexpectedly don't receive it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change the time of the booking?
From your personal page (use the icon in the top to find it), you can write the vendor and request a reschedule. Alternatively, you may cancel your booking from your personal page, and place a new booking.
Can I get in touch with the vendor?
Yes. From your personal page (use the icon in the top to find it), you can write a message to the vendor.
